Properties

Properties define system-wide configuration settings for Order Management System.

• The Working with Customer Properties (PROP) menu option contains properties that a user would update, such as system-wide configuration settings for forms, integrations, and system settings.

• The Working with Cloud Properties (CPRP) menu option contains properties that an administrator would update, such as system-wide configuration settings for email, logging, system and job monitoring, printing, and system settings.

• The CWDirectCP Server Properties File contains properties that an administrator would update that affect each Order Management System application server. You must have access to the Order Management System application server in order to update this property file.

Note: If you update a property in the Working with Customer Properties (PROP) or Working with Cloud Properties (CPRP) menu option, most of your updates take effect immediately; however, if you do not see the update, restart Order Management System to make sure your change takes effect.

If you update a property in the CWDirectCP Server Properties File, you must restart Order Management System before the change takes effect.
